Co-Curricular activities are important because even though they may not necessarily be a part of the co- curriculum, they are important in giving young men and women the ability to shape themselves to become more well-rounded individuals. These are activities through which the learner explores one's abilities. These activities give them confidence. Students can learn team spirit, bring positive change in the child, and sharpen their talents. Co-curricular activities keep the students physically active and it essentially takes place outside a typical pen and pencil classroom experience. It gives the students an opportunity to develop particular skills and exhibit their nonacademic abilities.
