GENERAL RULES

  • Every student is expected to bring his/her Diary to the class on all working days and keep it neat and tidy without tampering with the pages.
  • Irregular attendance, habitual indifference to studies, dishonesty, idleness. Disobedience and serious misconduct even outside the school premises, are sufficient reasons for dismissal from the school.
  • All applications for leave must be recommended and signed by the parent
  • Application for leave on medical ground should be supported by an authentic medical certificate.
  • Leave will not be granted during examination days
  • The pupils who fail to put in at least 80% of the total attendance will not be permitted to appear for the examinations.
  • No student will be permitted to enter the class after the 1st bell without the permission of the principal.
  • Student's Name will be removed from the rolls if she/he is absent for 15 continuous working days, unless the leave is sanctioned by the principal in advance.
  • Student's names will be struck off the rolls in the event of non-payment of fees.
  • No. student is allowed to leave the school campus during working hours without the permission of the principal.
  • Personal cleanliness is expected from every student. Clean habits like keeping the class rooms, dining halls and wash basins clean, must be cultivated.
  • Children suffering from contagious or infectious diseases will not be permitted to attend the school.
  • Students are not allowed to wear gold or other ornaments while attending the school. They must keep all their belongings including books, umbrella. Water bottles, lunch boxes, pens, pencils etc. under their safe custody.
  • Students should not disfigure the walls of the school building or cause damage to school's property. Appropriate action will be taken against those who engage themselves in such destructive activities.
  • In the absence of a teacher, the class is expected to remain disciplined and silent under the guidance of the class leader.
  • Running or shouting inside & outside the classroom is forbidden. Students should not be out of class without permission.
  • Students are strictly forbidden to bring cell phones or any other electronic devices including fancy wrist watches.
  • No books, periodicals, or magazines other than the prescribed ones should be brought to the class without the permission of the teachers.
  • Extra-copy of the Diary will be issued on payment of cost to those who are in need of it.
  • Written request from the parents is required for leaving the school campus during working hours.
  • Opportunities given for participation are sports and games, cultural activities, special classes in Spoken English and General Knowledge can be utilised by each and every student.
  • Any type of behaviour, injurious to the moral tone of the school is sufficient reason for the dismissal of the student.

HOUSE SYSTEM

To inculcate in the students a sense of belongingness and responsibility and help them to develop leadership qualities, the students from class I to XII are grouped on to forms houses — RUBY, EMERALD, TOPAZ and SAPPHIRE. House Captain and Vice-Captain of each House work under the guidance of a House Master. Regular Competitions in Sports, Literal & Cultural activities are conducted to give the students an opportunity to develop their talents in the spirit of healthy competitions.

 TO THE PARENT

  • Parents are requested to go through their ward's diary every day & sign if any written communication is made by parent / teacher.
  • Parents are requested not to enter the class rooms and speak to the teachers during regular working hours without the permission of the principal.
  • Parents are most welcome to meet the principal between 2.30 pm — 4.00 pm and can also meet the teachers between 12.45 pm — 1.30 pm on all working days.
  • Parents are requested to be with us when they are invited for.
  • A Conveyance facility is provided to avoid inconvenience to the children. But it cannot be claimed as a matter of right. Parents are expected to ensure that the children reach the school in time every day.
  • Parents are also requested to keep a watch over the conduct and progress of their wards and maintain an effective communication link between the principal and the parent through frequent visits to the school.
  • Parents / Guardian should compulsorily attend the open house at the end of every examination. In an open house, the parents have the opportunity to meet the principal and teachers to discuss the progress of their wards.
  • Parent-Teacher Association meetings and Parents Meet may be utilized to put forward constructive suggestions, if any, for the general progress and development of the institution.
  • Transfer Certificate will be issued only on the written request of parents/ guardians who have signed the application form for admission.

LKG & UKG

Girls : Green Pinafore. Yellow and Green striped shirt with puffed sleeve. ash belt. green socks with yellow bands at top. green hair band and black shoes.

Boys : Green shorts, yellow and Green striped shirt ash belt green sock with yellow bands at top and black shoes.

 

GIRLS (Other Classes)

I to III : Pinafore (Q-max british checks shirt) and Raymond blue with white strips frock

IV to X : Q-max british checks pattern full sleeve kurta Raymond blue with white strips bottom and overcoat.

XI-XII: Creme with blue check pattern full sleeve kurta, Navy Blue bottom and dark blue shawl.

 

BOYS (Other Classes)

I to Ill : Q-max british checks shirt with half sleeves and S. Kumars Raymond blue with white strips shirts ( too small shorts are not allowed).

III to X : Q-max british checks half sleeve shirt and S. Kumars Raymond blue with white strips trousers (pant)

XI-XII: Creme with blue striped check pattern half sleeve shirt & cream coloured trousers (pant).

NOTE : Except on Wednesday, all students (I-XII) must wear black shoes and ash coloured socks. In addition to this, sky blue coloured mufta is made compulsory for muslim girls from std. IV-X onwards.
